Care, Childhood & Vocational Studies

ccvs_imageThe curriculum area of Care, Childhood and Vocational Studies provides a range of full time, part time and evening courses.

Our programme of courses is varied and enables students to study from Pre - entry to Foundation Degree level in a range of subject areas.

Our Vocational Access section specialises in courses for learners who may need additional support in literacy and numeracy.

These courses often include a vocational element , such as catering, as well as opportunity to complete other qualifications such as First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates.

The Care and Childhood Studies section offer a range of courses that will enable students to work in the Care and Childcare sectors. These courses have a strong practical element that will enable students to experience working in the sector of their choice.

Our portfoilo of qualifications are desired by employers and many can be used to access Higher Education.

The section also offers University accredited qulifications franchised from the University of Glamorgan.
