The OCR Level 1 Certificate for IT Users (New CLAIT) is a qualification designed to recognise the skills, knowledge and understanding of IT users everywhere, whether in employment, education or training

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry qualifications required for this course but you will be invited to attend an interview.

What will I study?

New CLAIT (Level 1 Certificate): mandatory unit: File Management and e-Document Production; Creating Spreadsheets and Graphs; Database Manipulation. New CLAIT (Level 1 Diploma): e-Publication Creation; Create an e-Presentation.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed through an OCR-set assignment.

Career Opportunities & Progression

After successful completion of this course you could progress onto an ECDL or CLAIT PLUS course.
