NVQ Level 2 Customer Services

The course consists of two mandatory units and five optional units. These cover the aspects of customer service that are expected at a junior level role.

Entry requirements

You will require NVQ 1 in Customer Services, GCSEs C ? G or relevant work experience.

What will I study?

You will study the following Units; MANDATORY UNITS Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service and Provide customer services within the rules. OPTIONAL UNITS Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems; Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation; Deal with customers face to face; Deliver reliable customer service and Develop customer relationships.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by your tutor on your work on an ongoing basis. There will be no examinations, just continual support and guidance. You will need to produce a portfolio of your work which will be externally assessed and when satisfactory will be accredited with an OCN qualification.

Career Opportunities & Progression

On successful completion of this course you could progress to NVQ Level 3 Customer Services.
