What will I study?

This 30 hour introductory course will enable you to develop skills in performing massage on the face, hands and feet while using essential oils. The emphasis is on the student learning to identify a variety of different essential oils for effective and safe use at home. The course will provide an insight into aromatherapy for possible progression onto either OCN Aromatherapy level 2 or a higher professional practitioner?s course.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by the tutor on your work on an ongoing basis. There will be no examinations, just ongoing support and guidance. You will need to produce a portfolio of your work that will then be externally assessed and when satisfactory will be accredited with an OCN qualification.

Career Opportunities & Progression

The course will provide an insight into aromatherapy for possible progression onto either OCN Aromatherapy Level 2 or a higher professional practitioner?s course.
