Set in the 1930s to ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ tells the inspirational story of the journey of two young children into the society of that time. As the narrative unravels, Scout re-tells the events that challenges the innocence of youth and the conflict between children’s conscience and the traditional prejudices of Maycomb.
This exciting production is brought to you by the Performing Arts students at Coleg Morgannwg. An innovative performance told through physical theatre, this abstract portrayal brings the heart of Harper Lee’s story alive, fusing the past with the present.
This performance provides an ideal stimulus for discussion and insight for students studying the novel as part of
GCSE English syllabus
