| Campus Services |
| The staff in Campus Services provide a clear point of contact for students, and help them by giving impartial help, advice and guidance. You will find the Campus Services office near the reception area of each campus. In particular staff in the Campus services office can help with queries regarding enrolment on courses, fees, college transport, grants and other financial help. |

| Welfare Advice |
| This service provides help and advice with personal and practical problems needing immediate action, such as State benefits, financial matters, personal problems, health problems and legal issues. Most campuses have a welfare officer who can usually be contacted in the student common room or at campus services. |

| Career Advice |
The college use the services of Careers Wales who work closely with college staff to help students find out more about the world of work and to choose a career which matches their skills and ability.

| Students Parliament (Union) |
| The Students’ Parliament plays an active part in improving the college and is affiliated to the National Union of Students. All students are entitled to free membership. The parliament organises social events as part of its wide range of activities. Each campus has a student parliament where students discuss ways of improving the College. |
